Create wild masks from indigenous Latin American cultures during the arts activities. Create your own piñata. Try out Latin dances. Learn the three basic salsa steps, and then choreograph your own dance. Could there be a better way to learn conversational Spanish? Your children will remember this experience forever!

SESSION 2: GLOBETROTTER'S ADVENTURE – Spanish Camp
Students participate in activities that relate to the world around them and beyond. Kids will have a fun time learning vocabulary related to their environment, transportation, people and places. They’ll have the opportunity to be explorers and discover cultures from around the world, including their different culinary traditions!

SESSION 3: LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! – Spanish Camp

Why not give your child a chance to learn all about the history and evolution of the cinema! Campers can be a part of a hands-on, acting and production experience that will enhance their natural creativity and allow them to take center stage. Our Purpose

Crossing Borders Group offers a unique English language training program for international students and their families.  The school serves as an excellent transitional experience for international students entering school in the United States for the first time, or for students who want to have an unforgettable American experience.

Our Experience

Students from Russia, China, Venezuela, Italy, Vietnam, Mexico, Romania, Holland, Germany, Colombia, Spain, Brazil, Argentina just to name a few of the countries that have taken part of this amazing experience in Crossing Borders locations.  Your child will learn and improve no matter what their English level is at this time.

Levels Served

From the very basic, colors, numbers, shapes and basic communication to very advanced students that have the privilege of being in a bilingual school in their country and coming to Crossing Borders for that extra immersion and mainly to improve their communication skill in an American environment.

On the first day, each international student is tested in reading, writing and conversation.  Following the testing, students are grouped by level and age.  During the time that the student is in the program they will have quizzes to see their evaluation.   Certificate of completion will be given on your child’s last day in the program.

Home Away from Home:  Your Stay in Texas

Families coming to Houston or San Antonio usually stay with relatives/friends or at a temporary furnished apartment.  Crossing Borders is not responsible of reserving your apartment or house but we can certainly refer you to a company that has helped other families.  If your child is 8 yrs old and older Crossing Borders offers homestay service.  More information regarding homestay can be sent to you.
